| Actie Regularisatie 2008- 2009 Het recht op migratie zoals voorzien in art 13 van het Verdrag van de mensenrechten van de VN impliceert de regularisatie van alle mensen zonder papieren. Wat op dit ogenblik al onmiddellijk moet gerealiseerd worden is de regularisatie op basis van het regeerakkoord. Belofte maakt schuld! Door het non-beleid van de regering leven vele mensen zonder papieren nu ten onrechte in de illegaliteit en worden er velen onterecht opgesloten en uitgewezen. Dat is onrechtvaardig. Aansluitend bij de nationale betoging van zondag 14 december lanceren we deze actie voor een regularisatie, zonder hongerstaking en minstens op basis van het regeerakkoord.De actie zal daar ook gepromoot worden. Het opzet van de actie is dat de mensen zonder papieren een bijkomende of nieuwe aanvraag indienen voor een regularisatie op basis van art 9.bis. van de vreemdelingenwet. De nieuwe elementen zijn de criteria voorzien in het regeerakkoord. Dès aujourd'hui, il faut déjà une régularisation des sans papiers sur base de l'accord gouvernemental. Parce que le gouvernement ne l'applique pas leur propre accord, beaucoup de sans papiers vivent à tort dans l'illégalité, beaucoup des sans papiers sont à tort enfermés et expulsés. Cette situation est injuste et est la raison de cette action: une régularisation générale, sans grève de la faim. L'intention de cette action est que les sans papiers introduisent une nouvelle demande ou une demande complémentaire d'une régularisation sur base de l'art. 9.bis de la loi sur l'immigration. Les nouveau elements sont les critères prevus dans l'accord de gouvernement. The least that should happen at this moment, is an implication of the government agreement and people should be regularized on that basis. At this moment, the government parties have an agreement about asylum and migration but it is not being implied. For that reason, many people are wrongly living in illegality today, and many are wrongly being imprisoned and deported. This is unjust. For that reason, this action, without hunger strike. The idea is that people without papers introduce a new or extra demand for regularisation based on article 9 bis of the foreign law. The new elements are the criteria of the government agreement.
